Hi - members will be happy to help when you have posted the ranges - numbers after results. Labs do vary. It looks as if you are heading towards being Hypo - and it would be good if the Anti-Tg was also tested.
Testing B12 - Folate - Ferritin - VitD is also key and results need to be 500+ for B12 - Ferritin and Folate mid range - and VitD 100 if you are in the UK.
I presume that is the Ferritin range ? if so then it appears as if your Ferritin is high for some reason - an infection perhaps ? - or some inflammation somewhere in the body.
As Marz has suggested we need the ranges. To edit your post, click on the down arrow next to more and select edit and make the changes.
A tip for when blood tests are taken:-
The earliest possible appointment, fasting and if you were taking thyroid hormone replacments, you'd wait until after the test before taking it. Levothyroxine should also be taken with one full glass of water on an empty stomach and wait an hour before eating usually when we get up.
If you are in the UK, doctors have been told not to prescribe levothyroxine (also called T4) until TSH reaches 10. Whereas in other countries if it goes above 3+ we will be prescribed.
Always get a print-out of your results with the ranges for your own records and post if you have a query.
Levothyroxine (commonly known as T4) is the thyroid hormone replacement prescribed in the UK (we used to have others but all removed now). It is a synthetic thyroid hormone replacement and it is an inactive one but has to convert to T3 which is the Active Hormone required in our millions of T3 receptor cells and brain and heart need the most. Our body cannot function without sufficient T3 and many seem to do so effectively.
Your TSH is high but if you're in the UK they will not prescribe until it is 10. Quite barbaric when other countries diagnose if it goes above 3+. They have printed your TSH in red which I suppose is to draw doctors attention to it.
Both Free T4 and Free T3 are low and could be higher.
FT3 in particular is the Active thyroid hormone and FT4 inactive. You'd feel better if both were higher FT3 in particular.
I will also state that I'm not medically qualified but diagnosed myself when TSH was 100 - I did feel very unwell but doctors gave me other diagnoses for things I didn't have.
