How long is the waiting list for a TT?

Hello,

I am currently on the waiting list for a Total Thyroidectomy and I went for my pre-assessment on 10th September but I haven't heard anything since so I wondered if anyone else knew the the average wait times for surgery? Or how I could find out? I live in the North East of England.

From memory it wasn't too long after they'd swabbed to test for mrsa as that result is only valid a while. If you hve a letter re yr pre op, try phoning the contact details on there x
