Well guys my tests are ONLY for serum TSH level.

0.4 miu/L (0.2-0.5)

Not sure what that means.

And I'm only on thyroxine T4

What do I do next

And what do the results mean

Get private bloods done? The TSH tells you nothing once it gets to that level. You cannot guess at the levels of your FT4 and FT3 from a TSH test, and they are the important numbers.
