I don't know how to scan so will have to type below:

Looks like my B12 has risen, I put that down to the B12 spray I'm now using tho' GP gave me 1000mcg B12 pills also.

I thought of purchasing a Vit D + K2 spray, might help?

No diagnosis, multinodular (possibly) substernal goitre, no treatment just the B12.

Also been gluten free for several weeks now (since last BHorizon tests end of July).

Is there more I can do to improve my symptoms?
