Hi all.. can anyone recommend a good vit b complex with folate included. My doctor gave me vit b12 1000ug and folic acid 5mg as a months supply which has run out now. I don’t think she will prescribe again,as she told me to stop taking them after getting my blood test results saying my levels were all ok?
