Had my levels checked again. Still feeling awful. My serum ferritin is 31 ug/L the range is 23-300. My gp has advised to take one iron tablet a day. Not sure why there is a exclamation mark next to the red blood cell count.

There is an exclamation mark next to the red blood cell count because it's over range (only slightly)

Your Ferritin needs to be at least 70 for thyroid hormone to work, recommended is half way through range; however, your range is very wide.

You should take your iron tablet with 1000mg Vit C to aid absorption and help prevent constipation. Take your iron tablet 2 hours away from other supplements and 4 hours away from thyroid meds.
