New worried

I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism 2 years back and was on levothyroxine 100mcg

I stopped taking it about 6 months ago.. idk why I just kept forgetting so didn’t bother.. I don’t have any of the symptoms anymore anyway

But I have noticed I keep losing weight for no reason & my thyroid looks bigger like inflamed.. aparrantly it looks like two balls lol Should I just go back on the pills? Should I be worried

You need thyroid blood test ASAP.

Also vitamin D, folate, B12 and ferritin

Not everyone gains weight when extremely hypothyroid

A small, but significant percentage loose weight due to poor gut function

Ask for coeliac blood test too
