I have another autoimmune disease, PMR/GCA, and am taking prednisone for that, experiencing a lot of hair loss. Before being diagnosed with that in January of this year, I had Graves and took Methimazole for several months last fall before my levels went back in range.
Now I’m trending hypo, and my doctor suggested either taking Thyroxcin or Naturthroid to help the hair loss.
My question, does this supplement need to be taken alone or can it be taken at the same time as other supplements.
Thanks

Do you mean Levothyroxine? All forms of thyroid hormone replacement - synthetic or NDT (natural desiccated thyroid) like NatureThroid - they are not hair loss supplements but thyroid hormone replacement - should be taken 2 hours away from other medication and any supplements, some need 4 hours.
Has your doctor tested TSH, FT4 and FT3? That's what will tell you if you are hypothyroid and need Levothyroxine or NatureThroid.
Hairloss can be due to hypothyroidism, but it can also be due to vitamin deficiencies - see
The usual treatment for someone who has too little thyroid hormone, for any reason, is to substitute with thyroid hormone(s) in pill form. They aren't supplements. They are hormones that the body can't live without.
There are various ways in which thyroid hormones can be taken and they include Levothyroxine and/or NDT (Natural Desiccated Thyroid). Naturethroid is just one brand of NDT, but there are several others. There are many manufacturers of levothyroxine. Some of them have brand names, many of them are generic, but they all have to adhere to regulations set by the regulatory organisations in the country the meds are prescribed. In the USA this would be the FDA. In the UK it would be the MHRA. I don't know about other countries.
If you are taking any form of thyroid hormone then it needs to be taken alone, away from other meds and supplements, on an empty stomach with a glass of water. The gap between taking thyroid hormones and other meds is usually 2 hours, but there needs to be a four hour gap with iron, estrogen / oestrogen, vitamin D, calcium, and magnesium.
According to Google Thyroxcin doesn't exist HB. All I can think of is that the OP means thyroxine. Surely no doctor would give that as a supplement for hair loss though.
On the other hand, the OP says "Now I’m trending hypo, and my doctor suggested either taking Thyroxcin or Naturthroid". NatureThroid is prescription NDT, so maybe the doctor really did mean levothyroxine.
