If you could add the reference ranges for your results we will be able to interpret them. Ranges vary from lab to lab so we need the ranges from the lab that did your test.
It would also help us if you say if you've had a diagnosis and what thyroid meds you're on, if any, as there's no information in your profile.

And are you taking any thyroid meds, is so what?
No none prescribed

I thought as you said in your opening post "as i still have symptoms" that you were diagnosed and prescribed thyroid meds.
So, if not, then your results are "euthyroid" which means normal, they are all within the normal ranges. To diagnose hypothyroidism then TSH would have to be over range, and in the UK it generally has to reach 10. Or FT4 would need to be below range. And you don't have positive antibodies so autoimmune thyroid disease is not indicated.
As no-one knows where our levels are when fit and well, because we're not tested, it's not possible to know if your results are normal for you.
Sometimes, low nutrient levels can give similar symptoms to hypothyroidism. It would be a good idea to test:
Vit D
B12
Folate
Ferritin
to see if there are any low levels or deficiencies there.
Or if you have had any previous thyroid tests then you could post those results and we could see if they differ.
Hi seaside Susie. Sorry if I didn't communicate well but what I mean is I have the symptoms of hypothyroidism even though my results are normal.
ACTIVE B12 91.700 Pmo1/L 25.10-165
Folate (serum)
8.01 Ug/L 2.91 -50.00
CRP -high sense 0.93 mg/1 0.00 -5.00
Ferritin 35.1 Ug/L 13.00- 150.00

OK, so there are some concerns here.
ACTIVE B12 91.700 Pmo1/L 25.10-165
There's no major problem with that, it's over the level where B12 deficiency is suggested to be tested for (that limit being <70 according to viapath.co.uk/our-tests/act... )
Folate (serum) 8.01 Ug/L 2.91 -50.00
This is on the low side, recommended is at least half way through range. What I would do in your situation is buy a decent B Complex supplement, one that has bioavailable ingredients in decent amounts, and this will raise your folate level. Also, if you get one with a decent amount of B12 (methylcobalamin) it could nudge your B12 level up as well. I would suggest you consider Igennus Super B Complex which, at the recommended dose of 2 tablets per day, gives 400mcg methylfolate and 900mcg B12

Ferritin 35.1 Ug/L 13.00- 150.00
For thyroid hormone to work (that's our own as well as replacement hormone) ferritin needs to be at least 70, preferably half way through range.
You should be able to raise your ferritin quite easily by eating liver regularly, maximum 200g per week due to it's high Vit A content. I raised mine from a similar level to around 109 just by eating about 140g liver per week, once raised I dropped back to once a fortnight to maintain the level. If you don't like liver as a meal, you can cut it small or mince it and add to casseroles, cottage pie, curry, bolognese, any meat dish. There's also liver pate (again, be careful not to over do it) and black pudding. Other iron rich foods here apjcn.nhri.org.tw/server/in...

Your CRP is fine, it's a non-specific inflammation marker and yours is nice and low.
I would also suggest that you get Vit D tested as again low levels cause symptoms. If you haven't had it done, here in the UK we can get a home fingerprick blood spot test from City Assays vitamindtest.org.uk/
for £29.
You could concentrate on optimising your nutrient levels for 5-6 months, then I would retest everything - thyroid and vitamins/minerals - to see how things are and how you feel.
Hi T3query
You have always to put the ranges after the results - the figures are in brackets due to the fact that labs use different machines therefore ranges can be diffferent.
To amend your post, click on the down arrow next to More and edit and put in ranges. If you don't have them today, do a fresh post when you have them so it will be in the front of the queue.
