I’m on LDN: antibodies lowered, pain significantly down, clearer head (final clearing of brain fog). I am sticking with it as it has been effective than alternatives, I can use the hypoallergenic version and I am enjoying my clear head so will not risk going backwards now.

When I first took it my tests were altered and so I lowered my meds but I am now back on the higher dose as I had lowered too much. The first 12 weeks to full dose require adjustment of dose but maybe by less in the long term than you think.

I’m only on day seven of LDN so I cannot comment yet. I have been told that I will stay on the starting dose (1.5mg) for at least a couple weeks before increasing. I’m keeping a daily symptoms log so we can watch for signs of going hyper as LDN can improve thyroid function to the point where a reduction in thyroid hormone supplementation is required.
