Are CBD oil capsules good for you, so many stories surrounding this oil I had to give it a try for arthritis, and yes I found my hip pain, back pain, knee pain, restless legs was alot better. 😊

You won't absorb the capsules as well as the oil dripped under your tongue and held there for 5 - 10 mins. You'll probably have to take a higher dose to get the same effect.

I am taking Entourage 10mg capsules and they are strong, I was so worried about trying these capsules as I have tried cannabis as a teen many many years ago which made me paranoid and I did not want that same effect again but as the company said THC is like 0.3% or less I decided to try it, not just for the pain but also as I am having constant UTI's, which were making my stomach so sore, constant burning feeling, and I was so fed up with taking antibiotics, and a hormone called Vagifem that my consultant has recently prescribed, the Vagifem gave me really bad thrush, so I stopped it, I stopped the antibiotics, I am slowly stopping the omeprazole for GERD, I am taking enzymes and strong probiotics, if I do have a relapse I take an omeprazole, its going to be a slow process I know, but I am trying. I have noticed a change in my blood pressure, it does go a bit low making me feel tired 100/67 it is normally 145/89 so I will keep an eye on it.

As I'm sure you now know, taking CBD oil is not the same as smoking pot. So, I'm sure it should be fine.
