Just wanted to say thanks for the advice given here. Have adjusted when I take my levo and make sure there's enough time between taking it an my morning coffees! Have been taking vitamin D and have just started Selenium. Plan to start a Vit B complex next month. I feel like I have a little more energy and definitely don't need to go to bed so early! Have also dropped around 4kg without changing my diet, I guess over a month, maybe 6 weeks. And that's a time when I've been obsessed with crisps and dark chocolate rice cakes.
