My thyroid is underactive but My last two blood test results over three months apart for each one have said that it is changing to being overactive but ive put on over a stone and a half I exercise every day i eat healthy but the doctors wont increase my tablets until My results have settled im at my wits end what to do the doctors wont help neither have they given me any reason as to the weight gain. Haa anyone else had this

What did you have tested ? You need the TSH - FT4 and FT3 to confirm if you are over active ... Going by the TSH is a big mistake. I expect your FT3 is low if you are gaining weight. How much Levo are you taking - ?

If your thyroid is underactive, then it cannot go overactive. That is a physical impossibility. It sounds as if you are either over-medicated or have Hashi's. But, we cannot know without see your test results. If you don't have them, just ask at reception for a print-out, then post them here, with the ranges. :)
