thyroid medication not working

I have had an underactive thyroid for 24 years, I have Hashimoto's.

my joints swollen my throat sore, ulcers in the mouth and extremley tired weight gain etc

I am on 250mcg dayly medication not doing nothing anymore help

It would help us to help you if you post your latest thyroid test results, including reference ranges. If you are in the UK then you are legally entitled to a print out without charge, don't accept verbal or hand written results as mistakes can be made, just ask at reception for a print out.

as Hashi's often trashes with nutrient levels and you could very well have low levels or deficiencies.

250mcg Levo is quite a high dose and maybe you are having absorption problems, either due to gut problems or because you're not taking your Levo in ideal circumstances. Do you take your Levo on an empty stomach, one hour before or two hours after food, with a glass of water only, no tea, coffee, milk, etc, and water only one hour each side. Do you take your Levo away from other medication and any supplements by at least 2 hours (some need 4 hours)? Do you take any other medication at all, some cause problems when one takes Levo.
