Just the three Vit/ min results, were they your Gp or private tests? For good thyroid health/ conversion( you don't say if you have thyroid problems or treatment) then folate and ferritin should be at least halfway thru range; for menstruating women ferritin better at 100-130. B12 should be near top of range minimum 550 plus. Your ferritin being below range should be investigated further by your Gp asap, and treated; if you are lucky he might help with the folate and B12 too because of the deficient iron level.

There is no full blood count there. You do have an iron panel though.
According to rt3-adrenals.org/Iron_test_... optimal results for an iron panel would be
Serum iron - 50-70% through the range, higher end for men. Yours is 65%
TIBC/Transferrin - low in range means lack of capacity for additonal iron, high in range indicates the need for additional iron, yours is quite high in range at 3.23 (2-3.6)
Saturation - 35-45%, yours is slightly low at 30%
Ferritin - low virtually always indicates need for iron supplementation and yours is below range.
Your iron tablets will help raise your ferritin level although as pointed out already this will take many months. However, iron is complicated and despite your other results suggesting you need iron supplements, your serum iron result is good.
B12 and folate were addressed in your original post, although these results are slightly different, the comments still stand.
