Hello.

Looking for some help understanding my results. I am 37 years old and trying to conceive.

Tsh 2.89mIU

Ft4 14.7pmol

Ft3 4.9pmol

TPOAb 8.6kiu/l

T4 77nmol

TgAB 14.2 kU

I am waiting on my Dr getting back to me but the nurse said my results all looked normal. Not sure if this is the case if I'm actively trying to have a baby.

Any help appreciated.

Please add ranges on these results

Was test done as early as possible in morning before eating or drinking anything other than water

Have you had vitamin D, folate, ferritin and B12 levels tested too

Hi there. Ranges all say OK as was a thriva test. Iron, folate, ferritin, vit D are all fine and I tested first thing in morning no food or drink.

Vitamin D 165nmol/L

Vitamin B12 150

pmol/L

Ferritin 61

ug/L.

Folate 37.3

nmol/L

I'm on supplements also but wouldn't have been on long enough to register with the test results.

Vitamin D perhaps a little high

B12 is at maximum….so you might consider reducing supplements a little

OK thanks for your help. Does the presence of antibodies mean I have thyroid issues? Trying to understand if negative means no presence or under a certain level?

Antibodies are very low….almost everyone has a few

Autoimmune thyroid patients can have antibodies in the many 100’s or even 1000’s

Thanks for clearing that up. Assume it is a good thing they are low so just need my Dr to consider if my TSH is an issue if trying to conceive. Thanks
