Yes good job you added ranges as they are different from my lab's. Was the FT4 really 0-20? The results are reasonable with FT3 at 4.3 being over halfway in range (4.05). Vit D touch low, optimum more like 100-150nmol/l. Are you feeling better or less tired? You haven't said what meds nor doses you are on, or if you'd had autoimmune antibodies and folate, ferritin, B12 tested. See Seaside Susie responded yesterday - so her advice re vits/ mins is always good.
That is a very strange FT4 range, usually it's something like 7-17, 9-19, 12-22.
Your FT3 is currently 57% through it's range with a level of 4.3, a little on the low side, with your range it might be better around 4.9+
FT4 is in the upper part of it's range so maybe your conversion of T4:T3 could be better.
However, you really need the other tests that were suggested in your original post to get a full picture. If your ferritin is low then you can't convert properly. So I would take SlowDragon's advice and get a full thyroid/vitamin/mineral panel - Medichecks Thyroid Check UltraVit or Blue Horizon Thyroid Plus Eleven - as she suggested here
I agree. Now that I'm on 137.5 mcg of levothyroxine I'm feeling worse than I have for ages. I've started falling asleep during the day (not good when in a leadership team meeting)!
I've never had any of the other things tested (as the GP only goes by TSH).

Most of us don't, that's why we have private testing, we need to help ourselves and the test that SlowDragon has recommended covers everything you need for a full picture.
