Confused

Hi I have a couple of questions.

My peroxidaise antibodies are in range but my thyroglobulin antibodies are raised so I take it I have hashimotos, just that a couple of posts recently have confused me. Also what is the equivalent of 1 1/2 grains of NDT to levothyroxine?
