Sorry results didn't come out too well. FT3 is 3.89. Ferritin is 620 and I am not supplementing. I had blood test results from GP in April this year show Serum ferritin level 605 ng/ml along with a load of other results and she put report normal no further action so I am not quite sure what to do.

Depending on the range for your GP's ferritin test, which I imagine is very similar to the Medichecks test, then your GP is being rather negligent in saying this is normal and no further action is required. It is way, way over range for someone not supplementing. She needs to do further investigation.
According to rt3-adrenals.org/Iron_test_...
Ferritin
• Low level virtually always indicates need for iron supplementation
• High level with low serum iron/low saturation indicates inflammation
or infection
• High level with high serum iron and low TIBC indicates excess iron
• Over range with saturation above 45% suggests hemochromatosis
So you need an iron panel to include
Serum Iron
Saturation %
TIBC
as well as Ferritin.
FT3 is 3.89 (3.1-6.8)
As I said, that is way too low, as is your FT4, so everything I said in previous post still applies.
