We need reference ranges to be able to interpret your results.
Your FT3 looks high, is it over range?
When did you take your last dose of NDT prior to your latest test?
Thanks for the reply. I would have took my last dose prior to my test at about 6 am that morning.
I don't know what reference ranges are.

The last dose of NDT should be taken 8-12 hours before blood draw. So if you took yours any closer to your blood draw than that your FT3 will be higher than that normally circulating.
Unfortunately, as mentioned, your results can't be interpreted without the reference ranges. You will need to ask your surgery for a print out of your results and ensure the ranges are included. As you are in the UK you are legally entitled to your results so just ask at reception, don't accept verbal or hand written ones, mistakes can happen, ask for a print out.
And as you are hypothyroid, it's not possible to become hyperthyroid. You can be overmedicated though. Or you could have autoimmune thyroid disease aka Hashimoto's which is where antibodies attack the thyroid and cause fluctuations in test results and symptoms.
