Effect of vitamin & mineral supplements.

I have tried to sort out my vitamin and mineral regime for a number of years. I wonder if anyone else has found that each time needed vitamins or minerals are introduced, it seems that is the answer ; everything improves, only to find the good effects soon wear off, leaving me looking for the next fix. Skin and hair are the most difficult to treat.

Have you managed to get your results up to the optima levels? Then have you stayed on a maintenance dose to keep them there?
