I forgot my medication this morning

So for the first time I completely forgot to take my tablet this morning, I’ve just finished eating at 13:45 and I still okay to take it after 2 hours? So at 15:45? Or should I now miss today

What medication/ dose: levothyroxin, T3, combo etc? If T4 then as long life, won't matter much one way or other, if T3 and normally take one dose in am, you'd have already used up a lot of that dose my now, so I'd perhaps just take half a dose.....some believe taking taking T3 later in day keeps hem awake...so up to you.

As you were only diagnosed a couple of months ago, I expect you're on Levo. It will be fine to take it 2 hours after your lunch but remember water only for one hour each side.

Take tomorrow's as normal. Do you take it first thing in the morning? How about putting it on the bedside table with a glass of water and take it as soon as you wake up? You wont forget it that way.

Yes I’m on just 50mcg Levo and take it first thing, I’m usually really good at remembering it’s the first thing I think of when I get up even when I stay at my boyfriends I have no idea why I forgot this morning
