Central hypothyroidism? Further tests & treatment?

So my last set of results & previous ones all point towards my issues coming from central hypothyroidism & explains why I have gone years being told everything is normal. Thanks to everyone on here, suggesting I look into it.

I tried to email my Medichecks results to my private endo to ask his opinion & wether he would still recommend me starting a trial of just T3 or wether NDT might be a better option (I’m currently undiagnosed & on no treatment)........but I’ve just found out he is away until August!

If I started the T3 or get some NDT (which is more the direction I am leaning to), would that effect the results needed to check the piturity hormones if it is CH? Or do I need to get them checked first?
