an alternative to Desunin 800iu?

Hello there, can anyone a good alternative vitamin d tablet to Desunin, just so expensive for me to keep getting on prescription. Thanks very much for your help :)

Better You do vitamin d sprays, I use the one with vitkmk7 in it as well. It says 3000 but each spray us 1000 Which is a good maintenance dose for many I believe and would work out cheaper as last three times as long 🙂

Many of us use Better You vitamin D mouth spray

You can get various different strength, and an option to have vitamin K2 Mk7 included. Or buy vitamin K2 Mk7 separately.

Magnesium supplements are often recommended too, especially if on high dose vitamin D
