How long to feel better on iron infusion

It was carried out yesterday. This was my third one and my last one was done 2 years ago during a sitting of 3 hours and my ferritin was brought up to 187 from 23 on 3 lots of iron. Yesterday's one was done in just 30 minutes with just one lot of iron given. I have a 17 year history of heavy periods. I have had ears ringing, nausea, headache and extreme fatigue and brain fog today but not sure if the iron infusion is the cause for it. Thank you.
