Appreciate opinion on my older sister's results. 3 of us all Hashi's. My younger sister and I both poor conversion and taking T3. My older sister diagnosed 10 years ago but I don't understand why her Levo dose is going down rather than increasing as I thought over 10 yrs her thyroid would now be overt and she require increase in meds?
Sorry no T3 result as GP not done. April '17 150 mcg levo =TSH 13.4 (0.34-5.4) FT4 14.2(9-24). Aug 17 125 mcg levo TSH 0.75 &FT4- 17.9
June '18 TSH 0.02 & T4 22.6 On 100 mcg Levo. No vit panel done either so don't know about B12, folate, Vit D and Ferritin levels.
Thanks in advance

According to her blood test results, her dose is being reduced because she doesn't seem to need as much anymore. But, it would be nice to see an FT3 result to confirm that.
The current results look ok. Was the dose reduced to 100mcg because of these results? I would want the tests repeated in 6 weeks time, if so.
She could ask her GP, anytime, to test levels of Vitamin D, Calcium, B12, Folate and Ferritin - just say 'as I've not been tested before ' . See what GP says.
