I'm aware that biotin supplementation interferes with blood test results and wondering if the same is true for saliva tests? Is it necessary to suspend biotin supplementation prior to saliva tests?
I'm planning to do the Adrenal Function Profile (saliva test of cortisol and DHEA) tomorrow so any advice greatly appreciated!

Not necessarily. It's unlikely that cortisol & DHEA tests involve a biotin reaction, unlike the possibility with FT4 and FT3. It's all down to the basic technique the company producing tests employs. Perhaps you should ask if this is the case.
Thanks so much for your reply I emailed my query to Labrix (of Doctor's Data) who replied,
"We do not have a restriction of this supplement on our saliva testing. If you are concerned, I would stop the supplement 12 hours prior to doing the collection and do not take the supplement again until after the bedtime collection."
