Hi.

Can anyone shed some light on what's been happening to me, so confused as I can't figure it out.

Two weeks ago I felt fine as if I was getting some normality back in my life, I woke up at 8am and I was active through the whole day as in feeling good (no naps needed) not yawning or feeling that tired but then suddenly from last week I've been bed ridden! I physically struggle to get out of bed, just making the bed I was exhausted from. Then naps maybe twice, struggling to keeps eyes open and just want to lie down. The only thing I can think of was introducing B complex, could this have given me a boost and now has worn off? I'm still taking two a day daily, or is there something else going on?

Also how long does it take to see improvements on T3?

On 75mcg and 50mcg alternative days of Levo 6.25mcg of t3 tiromel ( as of last night)

Kind regards

MAYA

Folate 19.9 (3.8-9999)

Ferritin 77 (13-150)

Vit D 182

B12 1310 ( 197-779)

Heamaglobin 122 (120-150)

Maya83 you are a bit of a puzzle in my opinion as your thyroid results and Vits etc all look good. But if it is only in last couple of days you have added T3 then it can take a while to have full effect. Don'yt be tempted with those results to raise T3 until you have done another bloods check in about 6 weeks. I dropped my levo from 112.5 mcg to 100 mcg and added in 6.25mcg T3 and stayed with that for 8 weeks. Then did bloods which showed T3 had barely moved upwards (always low in range) So upped T3 to 12.5 mcg and took readings again after 8 weeks. Wasn't feeling too clever and T3 was over range by quite a bit! So back to 6.25mcg and feeling good. Will do another bloods in a couple of weeks. It's all a case of "suck it and see" !!

Yes. Just started , so I am taking 75mcg and 50mcg alternative days of Levo and 6.25mcg of t3. Was advised by members here to stay on that dose for 2weeks before adding another 6.25mcg of t3 and then do a blood test. If I feel well on the current dose should I just stick to it and no need for blood test? ( it's becoming costly )

I still don't know why I feel like this up and down. 😏

Well, if you are still up and down after 4-6 weeks you maybe need to test again and see what the numbers say. Maybe you need a more steady does of levo so split 25mcg tablet and take half each day so you are in 62.5mcg every day. What levo are you taking, same make for both 50mcg and 25mcg or different makes?
