Fast heart rate

My tsh is 0.86 t417 and t3 5.00 but recently after taking 75 mgs levothyroxine about 2 hours later my heart rate goes up to 108. I am getting over shingles so is it levothyroxine or aftermath of shingles.

How long have you been taking 75mcg Levo?

Have you had fast heart rate previously on this dose?

Was 108 your resting heart rate?

What's your normal resting heart rate?

We can't interpret your results without their reference ranges, I'm guessing your FT4 and FT3 are well within range so you may not be overmedicated, but with the range my lab uses your FT4 would be at the very top as it's 7-17. Ranges vary from lab to lab so we need your lab's ranges to interpret your results.

Take 50ug Levo at 7am with water etc, then wait till you feel your feet begin going cold (3-4pm), then take the last 25. Some days you will need the 25 some you wont.
