I'm not gluten free, but I don't have Hashi's. I have no signs that gluten causes me problems.

I’m hashis and not gluten free. Doing fine.

Same here. I simply think there are too many delicious things containing gluten to be willing to give them all up...so far, I have not had any problems. I have Hashimoto's.

I have hashis and going gluten free made no difference to me. I gave it a good go for 6 months or so. What has made a difference for me is avoiding as much processed food as possible and going low carb has helped me lose weight.

74% of people with Hashimotos benefit from going gluten free, so 26% will have no benefit from cutting it out. However, the only way to know whether you come under the 74% or the 26% is to try a period without gluten, and see how you get on. When you eat a bit of gluten again, symptoms can take up to 3 days to manifest, so bear that in mind.
