Just a few notes from the technical devices in this part.

Modern technology in health..... Heart Rate Variability is more inclinedt o tell you about your health status. That measures the time between beats, it determines the power you have to act. It changes when you are sick. There is an app that lets you know you are being stressed. Fight or Flight ages you but you need some stress in life. This is the best test of your nervous system.

The Ouri Ring is a tracker for your sleep far more important than measuring steps. It give a lot of data while you sleep and the amount of deep sleep you had. It shows pulse rate and variability. The ring must fit on a finger because they say it is better than the wrist where other fitness bands are used.

Circadian research and the spectrum of light. True dark Twilight glasses have patented frequencies to block blue light. There are sensors that block certain parts of the spectrum it can double your deep sleep and even strengthens your muscles.

Infra red is good and there is a laser but it is the healthy heat. Sweating is very good for detoxing and your skin being such a large area is called the third kidney.

This was a wonderful series. I don't know if they will rerun it or not but if I can post the repeat, I will.

Liked the new technology for twilight glasses. The clever inventor wore yellow tint for daylight twilight glasses for intermediate blue light blocking and red and black tinted for sleeping. I have been looking for my blue tinted reading glasses for a couple of days now! What would I do with three extra glasses to my set of four !

Convinced that sleeping patterns have been dramatically altered with use of computers, smart phones, and TV. Too much light switches off our senses - my grandson had to

see a doctor with complete burn out when he stayed with family here, and was told he had to have ten hours sleep every night. Now computers can affect your sight but it is not until

they are in their twenties their sight goes. We don't have advice for this as most people have to work during the day with computer and work at night with them as well. G

That is the frightening part; what affect on the children will all these electronics have? Those glasses are fairly expensive but there are cheaper versions. I actually had one in my "cart" on Amazon as I know I can't stop all pc or tv at night. There is a pinker setting on the computer I think but don't know if that would alleviate some of the blue light. I wonder if size matters. These huge tv screens may not be a good idea. I really don't see many people changing their habits and some of them may not be able.

Maybe we can put colored cellophane over ONE pair of glasses, haha.

Yes we could cut out film to match our specs - with my co ordination with menieres syndrome - that would be a waste of time and money. Know it's due to my ear and mucous - but have just read an article about PPPD. It is not caused by anxiety and can be helped by vestibular rehab but it can create anxiety and depression when you get the symptoms - You can get blurred vision with PPPD so reckon the right colour lenses are might help with sight especially in artificial light which makes everything blurred in supermarkets. I took my long distance glasses to the supermarket yesterday - it was a miracle I could distinguish all the men in green sweatshirts and bald heads from my hubby!. I might get unbroken sleep if I had some sleep glasses

if the cat didn't wake me up in the night! How do you explain you are not depressed but wake up at 3 an to have a pee as you are on diuretics and the cat wants a 3am snack? Do you have any info on tinnitus and Menieres and PPPD. Should I cut down on hard cheese as it is lactin free - or may be I have a histamine reaction to cheese

which I have not tackled yet?

I have only just seen these post you have shared about this documentary series, I have watched them all. I have watched so many series now, learnt so much. I made notes too which I have shared with a few people. The first one that I watched was the most powerful which I shared on here but comments got out of hand was The truth about cancer by ty bollinger. It's opened my mind! Sue

It is amazing about how much is known and yet escapes doctors' notice. I do get info from Bollinger, he was on the last series about toxins. I didn't have time to watch many because they were and hour and a half long but we need to hear these so we are motivated to take healthy steps. I'm glad you enjoyed them, too.

I am so lucky that I have the time. I actually purchased both The Truth about cancer and The Truth about vaccines as I wanted to make sure that my family and (some) friends watched them.

Yes, people are making dismal decisions promoted by the pharmaceutical companies. But if they never see otherwise they don't even have a choice. Conventional medicine only adds to the autoimmune burden in my opinion.

I'm in the U.S. so I have not seen your posts possibly because of the timing but you seem as motivated as I am! You are on a high dose I see. I take 50 mcgs of cynomel T3 only. Have you tried straight T3?

Yes I tried t3 early on. I could try again but I feel so well. I aim to reduce my dose though with the help of holistic practitioners.

Whereabouts in the US are you?

Not what you're looking for?
