Throat feels strained

Hi I've had graves for 2 years but recently have noticed that if I shout or raise my voice a little my throat feels really strained and grainy afterward for a little while does anyone else get that type of sensation

Hi I wish I could help. I don't have Graves I'm sorry. My voice feels strained after I raise my voice a bit and I have to get people to speak for me when this happens - I have lived with this for as long as I can remember.

Aaw i dont know what causes it but ive also found this too, my voice feels the same , i have graves and hashis and have noticed that i cant have a sing to myself or the radio as its a real strain sometimes, i also get vocal changes but im not surprised as the thyroid rules just about everything!!😊
