Very interesting! Especially regarding the developing jaw! This series is so fascinating. I wish I had known such things before I became a mother. I did follow a lot of sound advice such as the importance of sleep and nutrition for babies and fortunately, my gut instinct has, and is always, let's not forget natural instinct. So, I haven't done too badly, I hope! Lol.

Thank you, once again, for sharing and for caring, Heloise x

You probably did a whole lot better than I. Really wasn't that health conscious in my 20's and I smoked with two pregnancies......unfortunately there is a picture of me so I can't even deny it! My one daughter has a few chronic things going on but both are very productive but now there are so many more toxins to avoid I really worry about the grandkids. I can vouch for the jaw problems and shocked when I first heard that.

I wish I could have taken notes on this great series but they are simply too long for one sitting so I'm sorry for those who couldn't watch it. I'm glad you are able and are appreciating it. At least there are two of us, haha. (I know of a few more).

Bless you. We could all do better, especially once we are informed! Lol.

Jaw. I was intrigued, yet dismayed, to learn about the way the jaw develops. When I was 10 years old the dentist removed 3 of my teeth because he was afraid overcrowding would cause issues later. I was not only traumatised from that procedure, I was embarrassed at school.

When my daughter was 7 years young, I was advised to have her "overcrowding teeth", removed. Obviously, I was horrified at the thought of putting her through the procedure. I got a 2nd opinion and that dentist agreed to watch and wait, as he also believed the procedure would be traumatic for her (and me! Lol).

She will be 40 years old, 19th May. Her teeth are beautiful, straight, she has a wide gorgeous smile. I have a bridge with implants! A mismatched lower jaw. And, a memory of a horrendous, intimate, invasive experience!

We are uniquely, and perfectly made. How I wish I had been left to develop naturally.

If, just one other person, relates to this post, you and I, have furthered the cause of the longevity project. Furthermore, we have saved a child, and a parent, from unnecessary horror.

Thanks, Heloise. Very much appreciated!
