Ok so my last post shows very odd results which will be discussed next week. Looks like I’m hypo with a tsh of nearly 10 yet have overtange frees.
I have high morning cortisol which I’m addressing with holy basil at nighttime to try and lower.
My question though:
I’m waking with crushing fatigue and headaches- like I’ve been hit by a truck. Is this high cortisol still that’s causing this or is it more likely to be my thyroid? I’m asking because if it’s the cortisol then I need to play around with upping holy basil/ taking it differently. If it’s more likely to be thyroid then I just have to see what my endo says.
Please, what do you think?
Has anyone experience such a feeling on waking and has it been down to hypo? I remember in sttm, Janie Bowthorpe describes the feeling of being hit by a truck so I’m wondering if it isnjust thyroid..would be nice to address one thing properly!
Thank you x
