having problems purchasing Swanson Holy Basil caps, neither Amazon nor Fleabay seem to have any. Don't want to be left short of these with high cortisol levels. Any ideas of a source please? This is the one I am after

Is the top one (Extract) not any good Jefner . You could order from Swanson direct, I've dealt with them and they're fine, it just takes a while to come from the US. swansonvitamins.com/holy-basil

The product Jefner wants is out of stock from Swanson themselves as well.

Am an ebay seller myself. Sellers put those high prices on to keep listing live whilst they r waiting for nw stock, that way they dont have to relist. Many big sellers do that now

Thats y my sales have suffered the last two yrs, people are sick of fleabay now. Not sure how i am gonna pay my bills when i am well enough to work again

Hi Jefner.I am on TUK early a.m due to a return of the GHASTLY morning anxiety.I was doing well on Paul Robinson's circadian rhythm method for healing the adrenals.

Then my anxiety got triggered by a re-ocurring stress trigger in my life.

The other thing that may be implicated is my trial of adding NDT to my T3 for 7 weeks.T4 seems to have triggered a return of morning anxiety & what with the stress trigger,its still with me 11 weeks after stopping.I doubt I will ever be able to cope with T4 again,after such a long period of adrenal exhaustion caused by prolonged stress & T4 monotherapy leading to breakdown into a 2 year depression with severe anxiety(Jan 2011-March 2013)now living with the consequences.

Anxiety is living hell.Only those who have experienced it can empathise truly.

I bought holy basil by swanson, bottle of 60x400mg last week from Amazon for about £8.50. Ordered last Wednesday, arrived this Monday. I paid for standard post and packaging.

Its the full spectrum one i use
