Pulse, temp and BP tracking

Been tracking pulse, temp and BP for the week before I started my T3 today. Will continue to monitor as has been suggested on here. Been noting at 6am, 2pm and 10pm and all has been fairly consistent. My question is what variations should I be looking out for?

Just watch for rising numbers, as in too high 😉 my heart rate rose a little but settled back after a couple of hours but my blood pressure just kept rising till I had to stop t3 😪 T4 had same effect on BP but NDT gives me good BP.

Good luck 🙂

Oh I had not noticed this suggestion re starting T3, which I hope to in the next 7 days or so. But had been monitoring them regularly over last 12 weeks when kept upping T4. I thought my T4 had reached its limit before the last Medichecks test confirmed it as I had higher pulse, but basal temperature always remained 35.5-36 C( glass Mercury thermometer by mouth). Thanks for flagging it up.
