Struggling with low tsh and severe body difficulties

I started taking synthroid and cytomel approximately 3 months ago. Started feeling much better last month. My t3 and t4 was very low and my tsh as well. Now my t3 and t4 are moving up to a better level but my tsh has decreased even more significantly.

My tsh is 0.06 now.

I'm starting to feel ill again. My bones and muscles ache like crazy. I have incredible brain fog. Deep deep depression and crYing spells throughout the day and night. I wake up crying! My feet hurt. I can't remember anything. I'm irritable. I having headaches. I'm gaining a lb every 2 days. I have stomach pains all the time. Losing hair. Etc

Does anyone have any knowledge on what could possibly be the issue. A nutitionist told me I should get my pituitary gland examined... do I have something to be concerned about as the nutritionists seemed to make it sound like I could have a tumor or cyst.

Feeling exhausted and have no answers.

So sorry Olisha😔

Sending you hugs 🤗 and love 💕 sorry you are suffering so much. Maybe you can see a counselor for personal support.

Try not to worry the worst about your pituitary... maybe its just not functioning properly. Lots of times suggestions are made that make us panic. However stress can make us worse when we are already sick. And you sure don’t need that.

Try to take your mind off of it if you can by listening to soft easy music or watching a good pleasant movie.

Best wishes and love 💕 Olisha

😊🌸

Ah, a little learning is a dangerous thing! Your nutritionist vaguely remembers something about pituitaries and low TSH... But, what she is ignoring is that you are on taking thyroid hormone replacement, so it's perfectly normal that your TSH is decreasing. That's what it's supposed to do. You don't need it anymore because there is plenty of circulating thyroid hormone in your blood. The pituitary senses this and reduces the production of TSH - Thyroid Stimulating Hormone. No point in stimulating the thyroid when you've got enough T4 and T3. :)

Do you have the levels of your FT4 and FT3 to show us? Do you have your blood test results from your diagnosis? Have you had your nutrients tested? How about your cortisol?
