Good Hypothyroid Doctor in London who can prescribe Liothyronine T3 with T4

Hello everyone.

I have a very sick sister who lives in London with an underactive thyroid who has not had had a proper treatment for her hypothyroidism. My sister has clear symptoms of hypothyroidism for a decades now. I am really worried for her. To make things worse my sister doesn't believe that she has a problem and doesn't trust any one, (clear hypothyroid anxiety symptom). I have tried to educate her and offer her help but will not listen to me. Honestly i am not sure if she will go to a new doctor either but will try push her. If any one know of a good doctor please send a PM.
