Hello Everyone, My Endo has been amazing and increased my Levo up to 75mg with the aim of getting me to the top of the ranges. Clearly I am a little too high but this blood was taken in the afternoon.

My question this time is around th increasing TPO, the scores last time were 300,000. Now up to 528,000. (See attached) I am now going gluten free, is there any thing else I can do to get this down?

Second question, I am supplementing Vit D, would you add folate and ferritin given my numbers and which are the best supplements for the UK?

All advice welcome, thanks everyone.

Antibodies fluctuate all the time. I wouldn't read anything into it.

Can't help you with supplements, I'm afraid. :)
