Maybe this will help but maybe it won't but it doesn't cost anything. Dr. Berg has this short video on it and I'll post the description by the author. The comments on Dr. Berg's video has what appears to be honest comments and many of them said it worked. So here it is:

Try the following method to reduce the noises in your ears from tinnitus,

suggested by Dr. Jan Strydom of A2ZofHealthBeautyandFitness.org . Hold the palms

of your hands over your ears with your fingers resting gently on the back of

your head. Have your middle fingers pointing toward each other and just above

the base of your skull. Place your index fingers on top of you middle fingers

and snap them (the index fingers) onto the skull. You should hear a loud,

drumming noise. Repeat this 40-50 times. Some people get immediate relief from

tinnitus with this method. If your condition is chronic, use this method

several times a day for as long as necessary to reduce the noises you hear from

tinnitus.

Some had immediate relief (cannot tell if it lasted though) but if it worked for you, please post.

Thanks for posting Heloise ~ I've had this deafening tinnitus for 10 years and it drives me crazy😱I have to have a background noise so I don't notice it so much ~ I'm prepared to try anything! I'll let you know if it helps. 💕xx

I've had it for a long time so I don't have high hopes but keep working on it. Maybe the newer "victims" will have more success.

Yes, I've had it a long time too, but I've been doing it and will continue as one never knows...... I did notice a slight reduction for a short time, so SOMETHING happened.😊 I've recently started taking T3 so that may help too🙏. x

I've also tried to reset the vagus nerve with a little "sparker". It looks like a ballpoint pen which you snap three times across the belly area while tapping certain spots on the top of your head three times. That hasn't been very effective that I can tell. But I keep seeking!

No immediate relief but I’ll do it for a few days and see what happens.

It's easy enough to do so I keep trying as well. We can hope.

Heloise thank you for posting! Just tried it and it has reduced the high pitch noise to a more bareable background noise. I will continue doing it to see if it will go completely.

I do have trouble with my left ear and wondered if tinnitus is involved. Specially as I used to go to nightclubs virtually every weekend! 💃🏻

My dad has it quite badly at times. I'll definitely pass this on to him.

Just tried it (albeit sitting in a cafe!) & will keep trying when I need to. Thanks for posting Heloise 🙂👍🏻

Great, Paula. I keep working on it myself but I don't know what the science is. Nerves can heal and it's definitely an auditory nerve problem. I rarely went to a nightclub, haha, but autoimmune conditions can affect the brain as well. Maybe you are okay if you don't have the hissing which I liken to a lightbulb being shaken. I hope it helps someone.
