Switch to natural thyroid and not feeling well

I don't know what is happening but have not been feeling well since last July. These are It has been awhile since I have posted but have not been well. my latest test results

TSH- .12 (0.40-4.50), T4 Free 1.0 (0.8-1.8), T3 Free 3.2 (2.3-4.2) T3 Reverse 12 (8-25)

Thyroglobulin Antibodies 3 (< or =1) Thyroid Peroxidase Antibodies 140 (<9)

I started on WP Thyroid January 2017, and switched to Armour End of Dec 2017. I have been experiencing doublevision since Sept 2 017. Had MRI brain - negative. Has anyone experienced anything like this - also have anxiety and feeling very tired. Thank you for any feedback.

I found it tricky to get NDT right and only felt well once on NDT with T3. No idea if this will be the same for you. Good luck

Thank you or responding- I have cut back on eating gluten but probably need to do better. Have cast iron pan I use mostly.

Sorry it has been years since able to get on my technology. Finally feeling better.

These are my latest results any suggestions. Currently taking Tirosint 75mcg.

TSH 3rd generation 1.710

(.4-4.5 uIU/ML)

T3 Reverse. 16.5

(9.0-27.0mg/dl)

T3 Free 2.40

(2.40-6.80 pg/ml)

T3 Free 2.40

(.58-1.64ng/dl)

I had been feeling terrible from having Covid about a year ago. Finally getting better. 2 months ago switched to Tirosint from Synthroid. Have tried NDT and also adding t3 over the years but became hyperthyroid with double vision.

Looks to me that I’m not converting T4 to T3. Finally able to start to read and think straight again. Please any suggestions. Thank you.
