Hi my latest results just back don’t look too bad considering what I did with my dose!

T3 4 (2.30-5.10)

Tsh 0.09 (0.35-5.00)

T4 19.3 (9-22.00)

Vit D 131 (50.0-200.00)

B12 418 (200.0-910.0)

What should my dosage of B12 lozenges be please? I’ve only done this dose of Levo for 3 weeks so I take it too soon to know if I need a rise in dose. Feeling bit better but not great.

Do you have any B12 deficiency symptoms? if not, you'd probably be OK on 1000iu a day methylcobalmin. If you do, I'd take 5000iu until B12 is over top of range and then cut back and monitor.

As you have effectively only been on your new dose for 3 weeks it is possible your tsh will fall further and t3 and t4 will rise further. Do you plan to retest?

I’m seeing endo Monday I would imagine he’d want another test in a few weeks
