Following feb tsh of 4.1 indicating dosage increase (no t3 checked) then an early March reading that showed a hashi flare and confirming an autoimmune diagnosis with high anti bodies and suppressed tsh, here are my latest results done last week.
I have been strictly AIP for 1
Month and have been off medication as advised by my endo until flare subsides. I feel awful still. Can anyone please advise? Obviously I know I need to start meds again but the high t3 and t4 confuses me as does the raise in antibodies from my hashi flare test where They were 578.
I will be speaking to my endo next week but would appreciate advice. Fatigue is awful, no energy.
Generally feeling very unwell.
More info in profile and previous posts.
All tests done early. No meds taken and fasting before blood draw.
Thank you

Your ferritin level is not brilliant. Eating liver once a week should help improve
Your Thyroid results are odd in that TSH is extremely high, but FT4 and FT3 are too. I guess that the hashi flare is fading, but you still have remnants of high FT4 and FT3
Do you know your vitamin D levels? Are you supplementing vitamin D?
Your B12 is very high. Assume you are supplementing. You could reduce B12 supplements Do you also supplement a vitamin B complex, one with folate in. Your folate is not very high
TG antibodies seem to increase when TSH increases. TPO seem to respond to gluten and diet.
Is t4 the storage? It looks like that is on the higher end and so is your tsh (which is actually low/ hypo) it looks to me like you are not converting naturally?
I agree with slo dragon about ferritin. Do you know what is causing the low iron?
Also you had mentioned that your antibodies were lower before. I wonder why they are higher now. Do you react to any foods you are eating/ are you getting anough b12 in your diet that extra supplementation is making it over?
Hey I managed to get an appointment with my endo via Skype today. I’m
Not converting or my pituitary isn’t instructing properly so I’m going on t3 only. My antibodies are higher because of what I’ve just found out is in my gut!
