I smiled when I read this story as I can relate to the person it refers to.

Getting the right diet/supplements /exercise /stress management routine and the benefits of a return to decent health are very possible.

I ran 8.5 miles along the beach in the crisp morning air today and feel more alive afterwards than when I started.

For anyone who has only recently joined this board a near full recovery to a more normal existence is from my personal experience entirely possible irrespective of tpo levels or tsh levels - it’s really hard work to fix everything but worth it. In my case it has been exactly 12 months to “arrive”.

Keep the faith - here ends my Eater message :)

PS- if you don’t like adverts skip the link and I have no interest in recommending his products.
