Feel I have to tell someone my good news. : ))

I have now been gluten free for five months. Have not found it too hard but the results are very positive. After 20 + years of hot flushes throughout the day and night, thinking it was side effects (as docs have said) of cancer treatments and ageing (they said this when in my 40s!) I can now go for days - weeks without any flushing at all. This fact alone is life changing. I feel generally well, less water retention/swollen joints and finally after many years have my half moons back, yay!! Still trying to sort out my gut and will go on to detox my liver etc but definitely on the right track.

I was very sceptical re going gluten free as thought it a fashionable fad but, I was wrong. If you are considering going gluten free I recommend trying it out, it has improved my health dramatically and I don’t need a blood test to tell me I have been gluten sensitive for... ever
