Is it possible for T3 to cause heavy/weak legs? I have upped my dose to half a 5mg pill around 330pm as my endo suggested I do that as I was undermedicating myself, my TSH was 1.3 and I felt awful. Also b12 very low but just started supplementing that and also on 3 iron ferrous fumarate a day as my Iron was also very low.
I know I am on minimal doses of T3 but since upping to the half pill, my legs feel like dead weights? Any advice for this? As the T3 is meant to be better for me not make me feel worse? Or is it too early to blame T3 at only being on the upped dose since last week? 🤔🤔🤔

Hi misty grey, this probably isn’t very helpful but I just wanted to say I don’t know about the t3 as I’m just on thyroxine but I’m struggling with the heavy weak weird wobbly legs at the moment. My tsh is similar to yours and low b12 & ferritin too.
Just wanted to say you’re not alone, & it’s really helped me to see I’m not alone with this so thank you so much!
It's awful isn't it. Because I have been suffering the past few weeks I've been posting loads on this site but I have found the people on here so knowledgeable and helpful, better than any doctors I have seen (except my endo she has been good)
Hopefully you find some answers! I know that the TSH I mentioned above is undermedicating for me as I usually do better and feel healthier on a TSH under 1, so it could be you are also undermedicating, but iron and low ferritin also can cause similar symptoms so it could also be a mixture of both 🙁
Hopefully somebody else replies to us who knows abit more about this
