I take Adrenavive and I was told to take it before breakfast.

Hi Tericollette, I take both metavive 30mg & Adrenavive 125mg twice a day. The second dose I take lunch time no later than 1.30pm. I was advised by Dr P to increase my Adrenavive by an additional tab which I did at lunchtime and found I couldn’t sleep at night so have gone back to my original dose. I take both before food.
