My nails used to look like that, but they have improved greatly since being on a small amount of T3. Even the lunular are beginning to appear.

It won't work immediately, but is accumulative.

They would have been hooded one min and not the next this past 2 years. Will monitor it all nite to check. Def the face is less round. Can it happen this quick? I took 10 at 1.30 today. No, I take T4/T3 75 mcg/6.25 mcg. Maybe you need to check your vitamin and mineral levels. Others may be able to help with this.

If you have a copy of the results and the reference ranges for vitamins and minerals you should post them and ask for feedback. Optimal levels vary depending on what is being measured.

My iron and ferritin are high by the way

This might not be a good result, but we'd need to see it to be certain. Too much iron in the body is poisonous.

On the other hand, if you had high levels of vitamin B12 that could be good or bad, depending on circumstances.

Any vitamin or mineral results could be helpful.

Human bean ive posted them before. No deficiencies and not too high that they are poisonous

Im positiv for hashi and tsh is 2.5 ft3 4 in middle range. I wwnt and got blood check on liver today and sneaky thyroid test again.tsh t4 nurse believed me

I thought it was usually liver problems or heart, which can be a side effect of undermedication for hypo. But I believe that they also occur in diabetes and lots of other systemic problems.
