Is the Cyprus T3 source back to being reliable now?

Was about a year or less ago that there was a halibaloo over this site accepting money but not sending out orders. Did they catch up on their backlog and are reliable now?

Yes, still problems. I ordered 600 tablets last May, received 300 in November and still fighting to get the rest. The latest info from them is they are having problems shipping due to post office strike and now too many public holidays! I despair.

The supplier in Cyprus sends Tiromel T3.

It is the Greek supplier of Unipharma who has been taking money and not fulfilling orders for about a year and the situation with them remains pretty much the same. Some people are receiving part of their order, after a very long wait, and a substitute brand is being sent which not everyone is doing well on. Best not to use this supplier.

You will need to start your own thread and as you are a new here members will be more likely to respond if you include your latest thyroid test results, including reference ranges, say what thyroid meds you currently take, and tell us about your thyroid journey.

Hi cc120,

After I wrote this, I contacted the pharmacy yet again, saying, amongst other things, that I had been very patient, understanding and polite, but that they had had my payment all this time and I didn't think that it was unreasonable for me to expect, in return, an honest reply to my email.

I did receive a reply this time, saying:

“Madam, we are apologizing. Although production of Uni Pharma is still slow, main crisis is over. But we made many mistakes with shipping orders from the time of the main T3 crisis (last spring/summer) due to the fact that several months ago we did some changes on our website and it was moved to a better server during which our webmaster lost some of our data. Of course that it made us furious and our bosses had big arguments with him over several weeks but besides that there was absolutely nothing else that we were able to do. We retrieved some of this data and for those cases where we weren't able to do so we are waiting for customers to contact us again. Your order has been retrieved recently so we will ship your order as soon as possible.”

They are still not saying when, or explaining why it hadn’t been sent in November as promised, after I had sent them a copy of the order with my email.

If I ever do receive them, I’ll let you know.

Thank you AnnT49. Did you receive your order?

No. Still nothing I'm afraid.

After a further 3 weeks went by, I contacted them again, saying that I had heard of people receiving their orders within a week or two of placing their order and, as T3 was now back in stock, that there was no reason why my order couldn't be dispatched immediately, certainly before any new orders are sent out. In fact they shouldn’t be taking any new orders until they had caught up with the backlog of all the people whose orders are still outstanding.

Needless to say they haven't replied.

I was just waiting for the end of the Easter break to contact them again. It seems patience has got me nowhere. I'll try being a nuisance.

Any success Anna?

No Catherine, I'm afraid not. They've just gone back to ignoring my messages, whether I send them by email or via their website.
