anxiety getting fairly bad finding im reaching for diazepan more and more and im allowed 14 a month so will be running out

i need 3mg melatonin for sleep

any side effects i should know about?

what are the benefits?

My understanding is that 5HTP shouldn't be taken when you are taking other antidepressants. Diazepam is a tranquilliser so I don't know whether it is okay to take 5HTP too. Feel free to repost your questions.
